"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We used Happy Shuttle from Cancun airport and they were great (like having personal tour guides). The building concierge was also super helpful. We booked a golf cart and a trip to the monkey sanctuary through him. The apartment is just spectacular. Super clean with beautiful finishing. The beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning and fans were great. Bathrooms and kitchen immaculate. Views were unbelievable....

We had a 90 year old lady that we specifically rented this place because of the elevator, so make sure this works. Water was provided but when you run out the host was not responsive, after 3-4 days of texting him via the vrbo app and opened a complaint with vrbo he finally brought us water, which means we had to buy it ourselves. "Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."
