"This place is great if you are wanting to relax and unplug from the world in a calming atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating to all needs and the food/drinks are amazing! "Nature is perfect I Like it but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "

"I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. We will definitely return to this hidden paradise. "

"This place is amazing! Pavlina is an amazing host and she has created a little piece of paradise in the jungle. Each cabana is unique and beautiful. This place is also kid friendly and our 4 year old son loved it. On the last night, Pavlina made a delicious meal over an open fire. Three Americans, two Frenchman, a French family, two Italians and Pavlina (Czech Republic and Tulum) spent a beautiful night night talking, eating, drinking and having fun. We will return!!"

"We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is excellent, but we were not aware that it is a rental rather than a hotel. Therefore there was nobody available to check us in and had we not spoke Spanish, would have been in a difficult situation.
