"The room was extremely dirty; as in none cleaned the floor at all, whatsoever, or the shower, before turning it over to me. Once I notified front desk the following morning (since I checked in super late) they said I had to wait another day or so until it was my turn to get room service. They did not jump on it to clean, and yea I saw countless cleaning staff sitting around together by the stairs at times . Overall the hotel needs upgrades, and a more attentive staff."

"I would say I enjoyed my stay there, but I wasn’t happy about the smell in the room and in the hallways my TV didn’t work the first four days but other than that everyone the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us so would I ever go back? Yes I will and I would definitely recommend but that’s it other than that. They fix those two problems and that are breakfast. I think they need to have more Puerto Rican food."
