Im standing not knowing whats going on, qhats the problem. She comes back 10 mins later to tell me the Onekey on file she cant use unless she physically has the car. But you didnt ask me for the car? Anyway, the card had not arrived yet. But I was prepared to use another card. So i gave her my Visa. She then hands me 2 meal vouchers and states these are for Saturday, there is me, my daughter and granddaughter. So I ask her what about Friday? She just stands there panicking. I explain to her that today is Thursday ehat about Friday. She talks to herself, whats today, ok Friday. Yes, ok her 2 for Friday. Then i have to ask her what about my granddaughter, i need 3 vouchers. She freaks out. Finds her manager. I know my reciept shows 3 breakfast. Anyway the manager ask for her age. Shes 10. Then tell her yes, guve her another voucher. Then she tells me I have complimentary parking. Really, because I thought i paid for that. She response oh yes, a package. OMG, checking-in while Black! "
