We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We loved our spacious room which had a large balcony that provided views of the water, boats and marsh. The outside patio area had lots of seating with gorgeous views of the water and marina to enjoy during the day or at night. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was helpful. The hotel shuttle was very convenient!

The staff were courteous and kind. The free shuttle to downtown Charleston was amazing! The hotel room was comfortable, updated and the cleaning staff were great. We added breakfast to our stay each day and the food was very tasty and large portions. We highly recommend this hotel as part of your Charleston experience.

We came by boat for the weekend and really enjoyed the pool and bistro Food was good and staff there we excellent! Our room was very very hot and the air conditioning was not sufficient for a suite Got a fan from front desk but it was still warm in the room at night and even with curtains closed unbearable in daytime for naps or getting dressed etc Staff made up for it cause they were all wonderful!

I can't say enough about the staff! In the evening the girl in training and manager were kind and helpful with check-in and suggesting a place to find sushi. We actually ended up eating at the Bistro because there was a gluten free dairy free option. Which brings me to the morning staff and chef - wow- so accomadating! The chef made certain our food was cooked in oil not butter and understood foods that had gluten and served us a substitute without asking (so thoughtful and impressive). He even came to the table to check on us with smile and cheerful laugh. What a great way to start our day!

This property is great. The outdoor area is such a value added . They also offer a shuttlebus every half hour roughly 7am - 10pm. My two concerns are of a walk from downtown Charleston if you like to walk or run. And, I had a rental bike and really struggled to find somewhere to put it. They don’t have any bike racks. But a bike here is fabulous to get you everywhere you need to go. I rented an ebike from a place in Mount Pleasant.l and was able to get over to Sullivan Island and the Isles of Pine, over the walkable bridge et al

I love this hotel. I stay here frequently and the staff are all personable, professional and articulate. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's in a great location and easy to navigate to surrounding tourist spots. I highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Courtyard Charleston Waterfront. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the view of the harbor from their outdoor sitting area was very nice. I would return.

Very pretty property on the Ashley River with the marina close by. Be sure to choose a river view room! Staff courteous and knowledgeable.

After driving for hours, had to wait almost two hours for check in. At 5:45 finally got our room and had to rush to our event that started at 7:30. Only to return to the room where the a/c was set to 68 but if felt like 78. I’ve stayed here several times in the past and really enjoyed it. But its definitely changed.
