"You couldn’t ask for a better location. Casa Mandala is really in the center of Tulum’s scene. Steps from the beach, it has everything a vacationer might need. We loved the decor, the jungle pool, and the clean, private slice of beach."

"The place was stunning! No monkey! I think that was a fake post, the gardener said they are not there the property was very well kept and had everything we needed. We did have a few inconveniences with air and fridges broke down, but, they promptly repaired them. The biggest issue was location! You're far from everything and logistically it's difficult to get around to see places or even go to dinner or the beach. It was also very expensive to get a ride to any where. We basically felt stuck."

"Lovely location. Wonderful pool. Check in process was easy. Seth and Sibley were easy to communicate with and responsive to any question or concern. Quite spacious and clean. The large open doors on the deck helped to cool the place down. But did get a little damp on wetter days with the ocean spray getting blown in. Even on those days with the deck doors closed, the ceiling fans kept the place cool. Would stay again. "

"The property was as it looks on pic but it is in the jungle wifi is real bad out there. The house it self was beautiful but the pool was filthy and not useable as it was the main reason i picked this property the ac unit in the living areas do not work i contacted them numerous times about it and the pool they keep messaging me back saying they would fix it some one is coming this was the whole 5 days i was there the washer n dryer unit does not work property i reported that as well and the...

Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive

"The property did everything they could but the seaweed prevented us from swimming or going to the beach. The humidity was horrible. We sweated thru all of our clothes. No elevators. We had to walk a lot and far sometimes. The resort is huge. Amazingly staff. Very friendly & professional. We felt very well taken care of. I would definitely come back. The transportation guys could be nicer & more patient. We felted rushed & overcharged a few times. But overall such an amazing resort. "
