"Beautiful property and amazing staff!"

"Wonderful place for a vacation. The grounds are jungle like with walk ways through the jungle. Resort is large so carts are used a lot. We like to walk and did most days adding up three miles per day. Restaurants had great food and pool service for drinks was prompt. Your butlers do everything they can for you we were in building 61 with a private pool our butlers Maggie , Alexx and Alexis were the best from make our reservations at the restaurants to setting up Birthday surprises for my wife. We normally do one time at a resort and never return to try the next one on the list. This resort we will return to again. The people here are wonderful. "

"Family of 5 adults. Room is spacious and in great condition. Facility is very well kept. Excellent restaurants and buffet food. Lots of seaweed during our stay, but we were able to find spots with few seaweed to enjoy the beach. Pool is good. 6 connected resorts (one owner) make it a very long beach walk from one end to the other. My wife and I enjoy our long walk after dinner. We have been in Riviera Cancun area every year for 25 years, been in other Barcelo's resorts including Riviera, but this is our first time in Palace, definitely will return. "

"The hotel exceeded my expectations! First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method. The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach. Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable. The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay. The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar. If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day. The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour. Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him. I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family "
