"We booked an ocean view room with a balcony at this modern, convenient hotel in the heart of Cascais. The staff was friendly and charming, especially when we attempted to speak fully in Portuguese. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. Parking was free and easy in the underground parking beneath the hotel. There are restaurants and shops galore in the area surrounding the hotel as well as a pedestrian walkway along the shoreline for miles walking opportunities. The icing on the cake was the superb free and bountiful breakfast. Our stay at Hotel Baia was perfect for a day on the Portuguese coastline."

"Visited mid May for 4 nights but wished we'd booked for longer. Hotel was amazing. From our arrival we were made to feel so good. Greeted at door and taken to our room with a tour of hotel in between. Absolutely beautiful, luxurious hotel. Room had everything we needed and more. Bed was so comfortable and service made us feel so special. The bar staff were great, cocktails and wine excellent and ambiance in the bar lovely. Best breakfast selection ever. Very indulgent and waiting staff were so professional and attentive. Facilities at pool and the attendees were excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Can't wait."

"Quiet, peaceful a great place to relax. A walk on the beach takes you to shopping and other places to eat. Our meal at Farol was excellent and as another bonus is breakfast each morning served with the view of the ocean."

"This hotel certainly ticked all the boxes for us and exceeded all our expectations. It’s kept impeccably clean, rooms are large and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing so too the pool area. Easy stroll to the beach and shopping centre at side of the hotel with a supermarket means you really only need to take a toothbrush. It’s literally a 4 minute walk to the train station so getting to Cascais, Lisbon, Estoril etc is a doddle. Will definitely return as our trip was only 5 nights so still a lot more to explore. Ubers are ten a penny, inexpensive and a great option in the evenings. Downloading that app is a must! Thank you to all"
