"My 15 year old daughter and I had a mini break together and NAU Sao Rafael Atlantico was the perfect location. The room was spacious with stunning views of the garden and although our room was located near the pools, it was really quiet and we weren't disturbed by any noticeable noise. "We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion!
