The hotel was located in a very peaceful nice area very close to the sea which was easily accessible. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful and the services they provided were of top quality. This was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve had as our room was cleaned daily and there was a rich selection of food.

Hotel was lovely and in a good location. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and outdoor pool was good. Really comfortable beds and pillows and beach was beautiful. Hotel its self is spotless and clean throughout. The rituals toiletries were lovely and also things like a comb, shower cap and vanity kits provided. The negatives for me were even though there were lots of sun beds at the pool and at the side on the grass you couldn’t get one unless you were down first thing in the morning as everyone had towels lying on them all day so couldn’t get a bed. No one made any attempt to stop this. No one told us you couldn’t order from the mini bar or that room service was available and only found this information the day we left when I check drawers for belongings before we left the room - this was disappointing as we would have ordered had we known. No one greets you at breakfast and we were only asked one day if we wanted tea or coffee and didn’t know this was available.

Clean room but could do with a little update, starting to show a little age. Breakfast was great every morning and the staff were brilliant. The indoor pools are heated but don't expect it to be warm.. gym facility is great. Close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The hotel stuff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us. Of particular note were their ability to cater for food allergies and explain their whole buffet with respect to allergens. The staff also arranged for non-dairy milk to be sent to the pool cafe so that we could enjoy a coffee there when other facilities were closed
