I love Albuferia for a grown ups trip. Plenty of shopping and night life something for everyone. Hangover bar in Santa Eulalia great if you have kids. Food is so nice everywhere. Drinks are good and affordable. Weather is lush

Albufeira is a great place to visit. We were there beginning February when a lot of restaurants are closed so not much happening in the evenings. We've been there in high season and it's full of life.

Not a huge amount in terms of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The beach was great although a reasonably long walk down the hill, and lacked a few nice places to sit overlooking the sea.

"The location is terrific. Right next to the beach and walking from the party strip. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only downside is wifi is very poor. Use your own hotspot. Overall is really nice."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were excellent. The facilities are really well looked after. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. The beach was beautiful. Some others have complained about the price of food and drink and I guess in comparison to other parts of Portugal it may seem like that. It is a 5 star rating and we expected 5 star pricing for food. We enjoyed the buffet dinner although I thought there could be more hot options at dinner. We enjoyed the Lima restaurant for the wonderful staff. The food at Lima was very good but could have gone up a level to meet the hotel star rating. The regional wine suggestions were excellent in all restaurants and reasonable prices based on North American perspective. All-in-all the staff made the experience. "
