If yoy want to be in the heart and in the party of Albufeira, this is the spot for you. But expect very loud music until 4 am. Also you will need to wear their bracelet 24/7 for your whole stay. If you don't mind this, I guess this hotel is fine!

I had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is right next to loud bars and party areas, which was never mentioned in the listing. The noise went on until around 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel provides earplugs, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of proper information before booking. Guests are required to wear a wristband during the entire stay, which I wasn’t told about beforehand — it was uncomfortable and irritated my skin. The staff were often rude and unhelpful, especially one receptionist, Antonio, whose behavior made me feel very unwelcome. One night, they even called my room at 2 AM to ask for an iron I had borrowed earlier. On top of that, we only received one room key for two people and had to pay a deposit for a second one. Overall, the stay felt unpleasant, stressful, and nothing like the relaxing holiday I expected.

Lovely hotel and staff, however tv was set at a limit which was unwatchable due to noise from the Strip. Late arrival went smoothly but 11am check out wanted €15 to hold on to your bags!

When we checked in, we noticed several issues with the room. Two lights were not working, one being the main bathroom light, and the bathroom faucet was not mounted properly to the bathroom cabinet. It was brought up with the front desk and they said nothing could be done for at least a week. I fixed the bathroom faucet as best I could, but it ultimately came undone twice during our 4 night stay. The main bathroom light and the other broken light were not fixed at all. When we checked out we had a few hours before leaving to the airport and asked if we could leave 2 small carry on bags in a large vacant area behind their desk. They wanted a €15 charge. I reminded them of the issues we had with pur room thinking that should offset the charge they were after. The desk clerk called the manager who claimed she was too busy to come down. This is a boutique hotel with approximately 30 rooms and I talked to the manager over our 4 nights several times, noting that she never seemed too busy to talk. Based on the poor customer service, and not responding appropriately to a customer complaint, I would definitely think twice before staying here.

There is only the bedroom terrace to sunbathe and the after midday it is in shade. The pictures of the hotel show a rooftop sunbathing area which no longer exists

My stay was fine, check in was easy. I loved the little terrace on top, nice views of the buildings. This hotel is close to the busy tourist areas. Lots of music and party in this area but that was fine for me. Hotel is clean, room was nice and tidy. My only negative about this place is "guests aren't allowed to visit"... which is highly offensive. I had to take my friend to a nearby bar to socialise. Every hotel I have ever been to (and I travel alot) it wasn't an issue. Other than that clean and tidy.

Albufeira Non Beach Hotel

The hotel itself was fine. The staff were exemplary. However, the noise was unbearable. Music, drums +++ sometimes until 4am. They provided ear buds, but they were useless. The hotel itself was noisy too. No soundproofing. I could hear snoring from next door & hear people talking. The cleaning staff or their equipment was very noisy too. Doors crashing. At one point I thought it was a police raid. There is no restaurant at the hotel, even though it shows there is. It is definitely not near the beach!! I don’t know why it is called a beach hotel. The town is very confusing. Very easy to get lost. Unable to find a map anywhere. Travel agents didn’t have them. I had to leave after four days. No sleep. I went to Faro. Was not given a refund, even though I moved to the same brand hotel. I would have moved before, but the expense without a refund was too much. No fridge in room or ability to make a hot drink. The place is only for the young who want to party. It is also off the Main Street, bags have to be carried over the cobbles. Not good for seniors. But the STAFF WERE AMAZING!!
