"Amazing hotel! Every detail was perfect! We flew in hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early at no extra charged! The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly! The room was so beautiful. Our tv wasn’t working so we called front desk… someone was up within 5 mins… couldn’t fix the tv so he brought us a new one! It was all done within 15 mins. The hotel smells great! The shower products were so luxurious. This hotel was worth every penny! Thank you so much for making our 10 year anniversary special! "

"The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. I love staying here—this is my second time at this hotel. It seems to be my go-to hotel now whenever I’m in New York. I also like that the location is very central and easy access to many restaurants and one train to JFK from Grand central station which is a few minutes walk away "

"From the front desk to the housekeeping crew, everyone was super friendly, courteous, and warm. The gentlemen who helped us with our bags were amazing. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning not working in our room, but a phone call and about 20 minutes later keys were delivered for a new room. Both rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathroom had the usual hand soap and hair dryer, but also included were shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in dispensers in the shower. Water was hot and clean. There was an iron and ironing board in the armoire along with hangers. The hotel itself is small, but hey it’s NYC! But compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, the room and bathroom were actually quite spacious. Our group included myself, my wife, and our two kids, and we had plenty of space. New York City has a reputation for being loud, but we heard next to nothing in the room. Location is great! Just a couple blocks from Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal. It’s in easy walking distance to Times Square and there are tons of great restaurants close by. As far as amenities, this hotel does have a small fitness room and a bar/restaurant that opens for coffee and tea in the morning and for dinner and drinks at night. I never visited myself, but it was usually busy so must be a cool spot. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an artsy, friendly, clean, quiet hotel for a great price. "
