"En cuanto a la habitación la misma no resultó ser como se mostró al momento de reservarla. Nos dieron una habitación poco espaciosa y muy oscura, se le hizo saber al personal de hotel y dijeron que fue la Expedia nos reservó . En cuanto al personal del hotel fue muy amable, el desayuno bueno y variado"

"My partner and I second visit here and was a complete 180 from when we went last year, we were treated as if we were in a way that I feel was unfair to us, we were kept waiting and standing around for a while waiting just to check in, without being given any reason as to why there was a delay, the guy behind the counter did apologize, but at the end he abnoxoisly reminded us to not “smoke in the room” which we already know and is posted all over the hotel, just like most hotels, and less then 3...

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff were so polite and accommodating. The property was clean. I will always stay here."

"Everything was nice, clean and convenient. Being close to the airport was a plus. Only thing i didn’t like was that my comforter was dirty looking on this inside , i think they need to invest in new linen. But they brought me a new one as soon as i asked. Other than that i would stay again"

"Clean room, well maintained property and very accessible to everything and everywhere like restaurants, groceries and subway and bus transportation."

"Decent stay very clean! Free breakfast very convenient!"

"Not a great area but close to the 2 train to go to manhattan. The breakfast was a bit small but the rooms are big and clean! Nice price"

"Loved it"

"Comfortable stay. Very close to subway. Close to JFK."

"Very nice hotel, front desk was great/ helpful, shuttle drivers were a bit evasive and the room was not serviced as requested. Beds were not made and trash in the room was overflowing."
