The room was small but recently updated. It was slightly dirty, but not too bad. The Bronx area wasn't the safest, and my wife and I felt uneasy arriving at night.

The hotel is located in a rough-looking neighborhood. The room key kept deactivating each day. Unfortunately, I also had some noisy neighbors who did not turn down the music until security came. The hotel is located near a subway line and plenty of food spots within the surrounding area.

I booked a hotel online under my name. I got there. The lady on the register was very rude. She didn’t let me in after giving her my ID because the other person doesn’t have identification, even though the information is booked on my name

Upon coming in after having a reservation, front desk said they rented out my room bc they were busy. Offered to show me two other rooms and that in the morning if my original room became available they would let me know and move me. No one followed up with me. Didn’t offer to refund me or pay me the room rate difference either which was very poor etiquette.
