"You cannot beat the location! Especially if you are traveling with kiddos and luggage. With proximity to the subway. "Very clean, nice renovated rooms, cool location. However —Big negative is that restaurant reception is super unhelpful, you never get a table and they do always ask to wait one hour…. All this despite being regular having stayed 50x there - especially on weekends with family super unhelpful and rude… even when place is empty they do not let you in… in sum the hotel should urgently fix this as not top hotel style."
