"Staff wasn’t too helpful or very nice. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. They charged us a destination fee. We were supposed to get 17.50 in credit per day for food in their restaurant . Breakfast was 45.00 each. So, we chose a couple coffees and went on our way. They didn’t charge the room for the coffee, so we couldn’t use the credit, so ended up paying 17.50 for two coffees. Quite the racket. Don’t think we will stay there again."

"The hallway carpets are dirty. So are the room carpets. There was a janky window a/c installed with some flimsy plastic sheeting around it; even in the 16th floor it was like sleeping with the window wide open and incredibly loud. No kettle or coffee maker. The bathroom was minute. The window blinds had been hung by a novice and were scratched and missing pulls. The room doors are thin - you can hear people’s conversations as you walk through the halls. I checked out the next morning and stayed elsewhere."

"The hotel is in great need of a renovation. The rooms, hallways, bathrooms are all very tired and look old and a bit dirty. ... The hotel hosts conferences so during the week you should expect very full and very slow elevators. ... At this price point there are plenty of better places to stay. I will not be returning."
