"Second time staying here in the last two months and third for my husband. This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help. We travel often to NYC and had stayed at many hotels but Lotte Palace has become our favorite hotel in NYC we will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was excellent. There was an issue with our reservation - not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel, but the hotel took every effort and making it right. We had a suite and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Older historic hotel, not glitzy, but well maintained and perfect location 2 blocks to Grand Central."

"We were very impressed with the Kimberly. Room was perfect plenty of room. Bathroom was large with a shower tub. The roof top restaurant was perfect and had full breakfast options.Time Sq and Grand Central all within walking distance. Staff was thoughtful and attentive. Will stay there again next time we visit NY."
