"Muito bom!! Facilidade para chegar é um diferencial! O hotel tem uma travessia propria de Porto Seguro, super conveniente! O fato do hotel ser numa península é muito bom, pois tudo fica perto e da uma segurança maior deixar as crianças sozinhas! O acesso gratis ao parque aquático é incrível também! Staff muitp atencioso e sempre prestativo! Achei a comida boa, mas não incrível..e o fato do hotel estar com algumas partes em reforma prejudicou um pouco a experiência, mas voltaremos com certeza! Excelente custo-benefício!!"

"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."

"Amazing location, in front of the sea and not so far from the center where all the restaurants are located. Beautiful and spacious room, with A/C and sea view. The only issue was the service. On my last day I was ready to leave my room at 11:35 (check in time is 11:30) and the employee came saying she wanted to “negotiate “ the room. I told her I was leaving and left after 3 more minutes but left with a bad impression and a sense of untrained staff. Did she want to charge me for staying 5 more minutes? I thought this to be an unnecessary stress to the client and honestly, quite rude. "

"Quarto de tamanho muito bom, ótimo banheiro. Pouca to mínima interação com funcionários, mais nada negativo. Café da manhã bom, com exceção das cascas de ovo encontrada todos os dias nos ovos mexidos. Considero o lugar bom, limpo, mais não extraordinário "
