Decepcionante – Experiência negativa na Pousada Pr

Minha experiência nesta pousada foi bastante decepcionante. Um amigo teve um problema com a reserva e, para ajudá-lo, permiti que ele ficasse comigo no quarto, pagando a diferença. Até aí tudo bem. No entanto, por ser uma viagem mais íntima com meu namorado, fui discretamente à recepção perguntar se havia outro quarto disponível (havia vários vagos) e me dispus a pagar a mais — sem que meu amigo soubesse, para evitar constrangimentos. Infelizmente, os funcionários fizeram exatamente o oposto do que pedi: chamaram meu amigo na recepção e contaram toda a situação, nos deixando em um clima constrangedor. Achei uma postura extremamente antiética e sem preparo. Além disso, a estrutura também deixou a desejar: a piscina, apesar de nova, fica em uma área onde não bate sol, o ar-condicionado estava pingando e molhou o chão do quarto, e o chuveiro era fraco. Outro ponto muito negativo é o acesso à praia. É preciso passar por um matagal cheio de lixo, o que torna perigoso ir a pé. Sinceramente, não vale o risco. O único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã e o chá da tarde, que são realmente bons. Mas, pela soma de problemas e falta de profissionalismo, não volto e não recomendo.

Gostamos de tudo no hotel, só uma coisa a registrar não entendemos a proibição de fumar na área externa ,meu marido gosta de fumar charuto uma vez ou outra e nos dias que lá ficamos não foi possível.

Ótimo custo benefício!

A pousada e bem confortável. O quarto que fiquei é amplo com um ótimo banheiro. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. O café da manhã é que ficou prejudicado. No primeiro dia serviram a lá cart, o que dificultou bastante para as meninas que o serviram. Elas não conseguiram dar conta. Muitos hóspedes reclamaram. No dia seguinte, deixaram o café a disposição e prepararam apenas tapiocas, omeletes, ovos mexidos e crepiocas. Com isso, tudo ficou completo. Acho que a pousada precisa avaliar bem essa questão de como servir o café. A piscina é pequena e acho que não atende a todos os hóspedes, caso queiram usar pós praia. Mas, isso não é problema, Arraial tem praias lindíssimas que valem muito usar todo o tempo possível nelas. Recomendo a pousada.
