"Muito bom!! Facilidade para chegar é um diferencial! O hotel tem uma travessia propria de Porto Seguro, super conveniente! O fato do hotel ser numa península é muito bom, pois tudo fica perto e da uma segurança maior deixar as crianças sozinhas! O acesso gratis ao parque aquático é incrível também! Staff muitp atencioso e sempre prestativo! Achei a comida boa, mas não incrível..e o fato do hotel estar com algumas partes em reforma prejudicou um pouco a experiência, mas voltaremos com certeza! Excelente custo-benefício!!"

"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."
