Wonderful place with space for improvement

Wonderful place to stay! Amazing beach and great food. My only complaints are the cockroach in my bathroom at first night and the noise from irrigation and maintenance during early mornings!

Kuara Hotel in Arraial d’Ajuda is piece of paradise!I stayed one night and l loved it! Three days later I returned for another night. Beautiful, beautiful place! Great restaurant as well.

Many Great Beach Locations within Walking Distance

Great service and reasonably priced bar and restaurant. Excellent morning breakfast with fresh fruit, bakery goods, cafe and various juices. Location was perfect for walking to Mucugê bars & shops, as well as, many beaches. Nice beach walk to Lagoa Azul with food & beverage places along the way.

5* location and properly but not 5* service

This is a nice hotel in a great location with great reasonably priced food. But having stayed 11 months ago I’d say service levels have slipped and the overall feel is less of a luxury experience than before which is a shame given the quality of the property and setting

Kuara é um bom hotel, parcialmente exclusivo, mas ainda distante de outros “hoteis boutique” do nordeste. 90% de pontos positivos mas peca em pequenos detalhes como falta de cuidado no preparo de porções e pratos, nao ter abertura de cama(o que acaba deixando quarto sujo do pós praia a hora de ir dormir), e falta de mimos pros hospedes. Os preços dos pratos sao caros e entregam uma comida ok. Mas a estrutura é perfeita, funcionarios atenciosos, local muito agradavel, quarto muito bom! Voltaria para verificar se não foi a epoca tbm que prejudicou um pouco a experiencia, hotel estava um pouco vazio.

Hotel bom, bom atendimento, comida boa, espaço de praia bom, piscina de borda infinita, precisa já de uma reforma na estrutura de madeira que envolve todo o hotel, precisa melhorar os drinks e o cardapio de drinks, burrata ao pesto bem gostosa, quarto confortavel boas roupas de cama, falta uma tv maior nos quartos! No geral valeu a pena a experiência e voltaria!

Hotel perfeito, super bem cuidado, equipe super prestativa e simpática. Atendimento ágil e diferenciado. Todas as instalações do hotel são ótimas. Quarto confortável e espaçoso com roupa de cama e banho muito boas. Piscina e sauna excelentes. E a quadra de tenis nem preciso falar... Ganhou meu coração!

A equipe de funcionários è o ponto alto da hospedagem, piscina linda, ambiente bem cuidado, achei o odor do banheiro um pouco forte, acho Que por não ser ventilado e ter muita madeira e umidade no quarto! Outro ponto negativo, tinham muitas crianças no hotel, e hotel boutique que aceita crianças acaba sendo um tanto quanto caótico para casais sem filhos que vão pra descansar, não por conta das crianças, mas de alguns pais que simplesmente não monitoram as mesmas!
