Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations.

No optimizan correctamente la energia. Los aires estan en 16 grados centigrados y tienen las ventanas abiertas es el buffet. Solo ofrecen vasos de plastico que ensucian la playa y areas publicas. Pueden optimizar mucho el servicio de AAyBB.

Resort bem mediano, não vale o valor da diária em hipótese alguma. Pra ser sincero já fiquei em hotel de 400,00 a diária com café da manhã infinitamente melhor. Outro ponto, voce pagar mais de 1 mil na diária pra ter como petiscos batata frita, asinha de frango e, aipim, e carne de sol. Isso em dias alternados. Almoço bem mediano, jantar bem mediano também. Ahhhh e você pagar mais de 1 mil a diária pra tomar chopp de itaipava ( quase não acreditei ) cerveja ou era brahma ou petra. Ou seja, primeira e última vez que vou. Pessoal do hotel ( não vejo como resort ) muito educado e prestativos, porém o local não condiz com a descrição de all inclusive, muito fraco mesmo no quesito alimentação. Opção pra criança só a piscina mesmo, não tem nem picolé. Tinha a opção de pedir um copinho descartável de sorvete. Resumindo tudo, não vale 1 mil de diária em hipótese alguma.

Fiquei bastante frustrado com minha estadia no resort. Eu esperava um ambiente confortável e bem estruturado, mas a falta de energia durante a minha hospedagem atrapalhou tudo. Passei um bom tempo sem luz, sem ar-condicionado e sem poder usar os serviços que, em teoria, fazem parte da experiência que eu paguei. O mais decepcionante foi a falta de informação. Ninguém explicou o que estava acontecendo, nem ofereceu uma alternativa enquanto o problema não era resolvido. Isso deixou a sensação de descaso com os hóspedes. Escolhi o resort justamente para descansar, mas acabei lidando com transtornos que poderiam ter sido evitados com organização e comunicação. Espero que o local tome providências, porque a experiência ficou muito distante do que foi prometido.

Equipe boa, poderia ser 100% perfeito, mas não foi, vamos aos pontos Café, almoço, jantar, nota 10 muito boa a gastronomia. Petiscos da praia e do resort fraco demais, não vale a pena, o camarão nem consegui comer, muito ruim, os produtos são bons, mas me parece que a equipe dos petiscos são tercerizados, rs foi essa impressão que deu por que comparado ao almoço e jantar, a diferença é gritante, não falo pela quantidade mas pela qualidade do serviço, é extremamente mal feito. nos petiscos a nota é 2 LASER E DEMAIS SERVIÇOS NOTA 10 - SE MELHORAREM A QUESTÃO DOS PETISCOS FICARIA IMPECÁVEL. Tem um estrutura razoavelmente boa, os funcionários deveriam ser mais gentis, exceto alguns, o atendimento dos funcionários deixa muito a desejar. O serviço de quarto também deixou a desejar, em uma noite choveu bastante imundou a varanda deixando muita sujeira e até a minha saída não foi limpa. O resort por todo estava necessitando de maiores cuidado, tinha corredor com folhas e os jardins muitas folhas caídas das árvores. Segunda passagem pelo resort e desta vez fiquei decepcionado, não sei se retornarei!
