"Very nice staff. Good drinks in the lobby bar. Parking, self and valet, were very expensive. Pool only open until 9pm. We reserved a 2 queen room with city view and ended up in an accessible room with 2 doubles, felt like a large twin, and staring at a wall out our window! The beds were very uncomfortable. Appreciated when we requested towels they were brought up in a timely manner."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and accessibility of this hotel. We usually take Amtrak when we come to San Francisco, but we opted to drive this time because we saw that there was parking at the hotel. Be warned - it’s ONLY valet and it costs $45 per night. With 4 nights of parking and the $20 daily resort fee, we paid $285. We would stay here again because it’s affordable, but we’ll never stay here if we have to take a car into the city. The rooms also do not have refrigerators or microwaves. There’s a microwave in the lobby, but that didn’t matter because we couldn’t refrigerate our leftovers. A lot of food was wasted. For a $20 per day resort fee, we should at least have a refrigerator. I recommend this hotel, but be careful as they have some sneaky fees."

"The room would get very hot and humid, luckily the weather in San Francisco is very nice and we were able to open the windows. The main issue was that there were a lack of outlets in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."
