"While my husband was being treated at UCSF I Stayed at many hotels. Symphony Inn was by far the best. Excellent beds!!! Room darkening shades, frig, coffee, microwave helped. Exceptional staff. Great location for coffee shops and a quick uber trip to the hospital. The only place I will stay for follow-up visits."

"I arrived at the hotel around 8 PM to check in and earlier my car got broken into my wallet stolen. So when I went to go check in, I let them know that I did not have my ID but I had a picture of it and she would not let me check in so I was not able to stay there. I ended up having to sleep in my car because first of all it was too late to reserve another room somewhere else that was affordable. The least this hotel could have been was courteous, understanding and accommodating. Instead of tell me, they could not use a picture on my phone of me holding my ID considering the circumstances. So I will not be going there again."
