Quarry Cottage

Quarry Cottage
Buxton
"The accommodation is a quaint little cottage in a tiny village. It is equipped with everything your house would normally be equipped with. There's a TV in the living room, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and two good size bedrooms. It can easily fit 6 people if two are willing to sleep in the living room and you bring your own inflatable beds. The owners even though about EU guests, because there's an extension lead that takes EU plugs with its own proper UK plug to plug into a wall....

Rooms at the Vault

Rooms at the Vault

8/10 Good
"Our room at The Vault was spacious but cosy. Decorated nicely and the bathroom with the walk in shower was nice and modern. We were warned of there being night life below and it was indeed very loud with constant booming music and rowdy people outside. This was from 9pm til 2am, we didn't mind as it was a Friday night so to be expected in the town centre, we watched a film on the Tv in the room from the comfy bed."

Lovely period Holiday cottage in Peak District with free wi-fi broadband

10/10 Excellent
"Large property in a delightful village. Excellent location for walking Chrome Hill and surrounding area. Great communication with owner who promptly fixed the missing forks issue! No immediate parking, but you can park opposite and see your car from the window. Local pubs were good and we went to Alton Towers for the day too (30 mins) and Luds Church is worth the walk too. We ould recommend property for families (5 single beds, which was unusual and handy!) but perhaps not super ideal if you have dogs too (we left ours at home on this occasion) as small front garden only with a low wall and a yard and the owners have requested that dogs go toilet somewhere else, which is fair enough but could be a pain in the middle of the night! Just as heads up! All in all a lovely property in a lovely village thank you!"
