"We love this quirky hotel for its proximity to Manchester Airport. It's our first stop in the UK when we arrive on vacation, so that first night is very important for us to catch up on sleep after an overnight flight. Unfortunately, we arrived at the start of a heat dome and this property was unprepared. "The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia. Our room was small but the bathroom was spacious. Although the view was not one to write home about, the room itself (Room 5) served our needs for one night - very comfortable bed. "ダブルの部屋で２泊しました。 フロントのスタッフにはとても丁寧なご対応をいただきました。 部屋の扉のキーは昔ながらの鍵です。 1人なので、広さは十分でした。 部屋は清掃はしっかりされている感じです。シーツ交換はありませんでした。 （そういうプランだったのかもしれませんが・・・） シャワールームがあり、バスタブはありません。 冷蔵庫もエアコンもありませんので、夏の宿泊は何か対策が必要かもしれません。 部屋に扇風機は置いてありましたが、私は窓を開けて過ごしていました。 総合的に見て、価格相応なのかとは思いましたが、 デスクのライトが壊れていて使えなかったのは少し不便でした。"

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"Room very clean and comfortable - pity no brochure advising meal times , menus or no smoking sign . No details how to use room telephone or numbers to ring . Meals very pricey and not value ( plus 12.5% service charge ) All staff fantastic , very smart , courteous and friendly . Free shuttle cars to airport a boon . Pity no gymnasium in hotel or swimming pool !!still as mostly a 1 night stay hotel not to expect those details ."

"Ok Location good, new hotel Poor experience getting from car park to hotel need to create a more direct walkway. £25 parking which is about the average Paid at reception but then tried to charge me £60 on exit. Food good Room small but only for 1 night"
