"Parking is really poor, everyone was double parking on grass and in the disabled spaces as there is not enough space for guests to park. We had to park a 5min walk away in a public car park and walk back in the dark which wasn't a nice start. The corridors and decor in the room was a bit tired. We had a Park room and all the lamps in the corridor had been knocked and were either lopsided or broken off. The walls were also badly marked and needed a clear freshen up. "All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"I emailed to ask if I could have an upper floor with runway view and on arrival I got exactly that -,8th floor which is the top floor and we could watch the planes coming in to get us in the holiday mood. Lovely bar area but it can get busy so seating can be a little problematic About 3 minutes to go from hotel door to train station door for the airport skywalk."
