"Take yourself back in time to an era we all want to recreate away from this troubling world. I was hoping for a spitfire to zoom overhead at anytime. A beautiful location within the Chatsworth estate in old style properties with plenty of character. Just a few steps away is a lovely local pub The Beeley Inn serving delicious food (the ox cheek is to die for,) agreeably it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ideal for a special treat."
"Cosy Corner Cottage is indeed a very cosy cottage. It's off the main road, so you'll park a little distance away from the front door. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very simply laid out. It's ideal for a couple looking for a quiet bolt hole in the middle of the Peak District. Baslow is a great village with plenty of pubs, grocery shopping at the local store or Co-op, and the Cavendish Hotel where you can get a 5-star meal. You're minutes away from Chatsworth and can walk there very easily from this cottage. So if it's a quiet, easy, comfortable couple's stay that you're looking for, Cosy Corner Cottage perfectly fits the bill. "

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all consisting of excellent locally sources ingredients expertly cooked.
