"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). "Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."
"Location and size of the apartment were great, and it was nice to have a fill size refrigerator. However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) Also the floor was quite dirty - I wasn't comfortable walking around without shoes. "

"The apartment was clean and fresh with modern decor. Staff in reception were very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a small area to sit outside once the children went to bed. The water in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated after a day of travelling. There is a supermarket two minutes walk and navigli is only a five minute walk. Would happily stay here again. "
