The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel and must try if you looking for accomodation near central station at milan. "
