My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. "The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...
