"Great hotel"

"it is not the best place to stay, really loud, no insolation, you can hear everything from next room. The decoration is too busy. However, the workers are friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is good, staff are friendly, room is clean and decent but not soundproof. You continuously hear people talking from other rooms. Very loud, couldn’t sleep most of the night."

"Hotel comfortable et bien place à côté du métro pour une étape à Milan. Nous avions la chambre 10 au rdc, et il faudrait fermer la porte du couloir car c’est comme si nous avions la réception dans la chambre… mis à part cela c’était parfait!"

"Room was very good size, the AC was struggling to cool it , it was as in front of the street, so leave window open was not an option, it need to be checked out. Breakfast was good !"

"Chose it because it was near train station and had 4 stars. There was no hand/body cream in the room. I had to ask for it."

"التكيف كان سئ جدا خاصه وقت حظورنا الى ميلانو كان الجو حار "

"Wonderful staff - so friendly and helpful. Desk staff, bar, and breakfast room staff are all lovely people! This was our second stay at the Lancaster Hotel because it is a great place to be!"

"A very nice clean hotel. Nice staff. I got a room overlooking a courtyard so it was very quiet. You should ask for one If you're a light sleeper like me. Very good breakfast spread which came with my room."

"Nothing fancy at all. Had all the basics. No issues at all."
