"Location was good, less than 10min walk to Duomo. Room was clean. Toilet broken but they let us use the room next to ours. Beds are very firm- hard. Room was spacious for 2. Clean. Free mini bar a plus. Good toiletries provided. Resteraunt was very good for dinner. Free morning breakfast was delicious too with many choices."

"First off, Mauricio on our last day was very customer focused and lovely to work with. But overall, our stay was not pleasant, especially for the amount of money we paid to stay at this property. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They misrepresent the soundproofing of the rooms, that they will give you housekeeping upon request (and the housekeeping that was given was taking out the trash and changing our towels once during our 4 night stay), and the photos of the property make each room look bigger than it is. The staff is not always available to help, as there is no real front desk. You are escorted to a property across the check in space. And, the street it is off of at night is a little shady. It is also like pulling teeth to try to get more towels and toilet paper. It felt like we had to explain every request which shouldn’t be the case. The worst of it all was the HORRIBLE “soundproofed” rooms. They were non existent. It was INCREDIBLY noisy, so much so that we couldn’t get a good nights sleep almost every night of our stay. These were not suites, they were rooms, while clean, but for the amount of money to stay here, stay away and get a hotel. "

"Great location, walkable to all main attractions. Rooms were spacious for Europe and very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was another highlight for us"

"My top priority in a hotel is a quiet night's sleep. Rooms 421 and 423 face the inner courtyard with no guest rooms on the other side. We arrived exhausted and slept late the next morning with no disturbance. The pillows weren't great (flat down or lumpy synthetic), but the bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. We didn't eat there as it seemed overpriced. It was nice to have all our luggage taken straight to the room and then stored while we toured."

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "
