"Tried ringing on route as we were scheduled to get to the hotel a bit earlier than 3, but no one answered my calls. Arrived to huge queue and one chap trying to sort everything out. Room wasn't ready and vague answer of it'll be ready sometime between 3 and 4 despite advertising check in at 3. No where open for a cuppa or any sort of drink until after 3, so we waited in the reception. Finally got to room.
