Hallways must have been hoovered 6 months ago, although the room was clean, tv didnt work and had no wifi reception i room"

"Initial issues with room allocated to us (leak in bathroom) but room was swapped for an upgraded room (one with a sofa bed!) leisure facilities were great ND breakfast was fantastic. Yes outside areas are a tad unkempt but the team have a lot to do to get the enormous site shipshape again. "
