"I have stayed here several times over the years and always found it to be clean and well maintained and convenient and close to many Victoria attractions."
"The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage on site before and after our check in/check out. The location is excellent for both the Black Ball and Clipper ferries. "
"This was a charming older property. The room and the adjoining bathroom were quite large. The room was missing a microwave, which we have come to expect in most hotel rooms these days. Also, there was no air-conditioning offered at the property. This may be typical for older hotels in Victoria. Unfortunately, on the night on which we stayed, it was warm and humid. Still, it was a very enjoyable and pleasant place to stay. The staff, friendly and accommodating. Having on-site parking was a tremendous advantage for us."
