"Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation! Not sure if the pool is heated or if it was just super warm from the sun but it was so nice. The only complaint I have is the only set of elevators are pretty far away from this room, but it wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for us staying there. The owner had very clear instructions for check in/check out, thanks so much for a great stay!"

"We liked the condo and really liked Tybee Island. The condo was clean and very well appointed. All appliances were in great shape. It was difficult to get our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very difficult to contact management when we had questions. No one would answer the telephone and a return call was 4 hours later."

"Two guests, perfect size, slept wonderfully, nice neighbors, dock is so fun, we caught a few crabs, fished, watched the tide, even went on a kayak trip from dock down the river, sunrises are unmatched from front, short drive to beach access, host was wonderful and answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The place was a perfect spot to access from the parking lot and building. It was loud the first night we got there and I was nervous it would continue didn’t. The walk to the beach is great and plenty of space to spewed out your spot and enjoy a full day. The room was very comfortable and almost everything worked, lights, tv, sink, shower. The blender doesn’t work and the toilet runs all the time so when we arrived the water was turned off to it. We repeatedly turned it on and off because the noise was too much for us to listen to, especially at night. I tried to use the blender and should have checked it before I added my ingredients but you also expect something to work if it’s available to you, that was a bit of a disappointment since I had to rethink what I would be doing for breakfast every morning. Checking in was a little confusing and a lot to do since we arrived pretty late. Maybe it’s more understandable during the day and not after a 12 hour drive. The front desk contact for the rental was very helpful though and available to me. Very thankful for that. Other wise we had a great stay in the building and in the room, would come again."

"This unit was nice. It could use a few more amenities. Kitchen was sparse, a quick trip to Walmart and probably under 100 would take care of this. Kitchen towels, pizza cutter, bread board, tongs, can opener, coffee filters to name a few. No ramp for handicap access (we did not request handicap) Building B, where our friends stayed did have a ramp. Beds were comfortable, nice unit layout, close enough to pool & beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay."
