"This was an awesome experience. Everything about the listing was exactly as promised. Very clean and the owner even provided sports equipment and beach toys . The owner checked in on us several times which I really appreciated. The check in instructions were spot on. I absolutly would recommend this location to anyone going to Tybee Island. "Laura was a really great host. She responded to any questions I had and made sure I got in ok. The place itself is just like the pictures. I mainly had the place for sleeping as we were busy with wedding events, but from the little I was there during the nights it was as expected. "

"The location was perfect for Tybee/Savannah touristing and the beach/ocean view from our unit was fantastic! We really enjoyed that there were over-night community quiet hours, allowing quality sleep! In terms of cleanliness, all linens and surfaces were spotless, but the floor was a bit grimy in places. We truly had an amazing stay; our only small complaints were the minimal space for our suitcases and the need for the full address of where to pick up your passes/keys as there a couple spots on the island with the same number and street."

"Nice view right on rhe water. Steps down to the beach . There is a pool as well. Condo is appropriate size for 2 adults, not more than that. Fully equpped kitchen. Laundry across the hall is 2 and requires quarters. "

"View of the beach was amazing. However we stayed for 4 days they only give you two rolls of toilet paper, light bulbs were missing and the trim on the cabinets were severely damaged. Very Dirty on top of the fan hood and as well as the intake vent to the utility room. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while lastly the toilet handle was broken where it would run all the time. "

"The location is great! You are steps from the beach and pool. The condo matched the description. If you are looking for a place to stay on the north side of Tybee, this is a great location."

"The initial check in was difficult and frustrating, as clear instructions on where to find the key was not given. There was not a safety lock at the top of the door like others rooms, which we would have preferred to have.Overall, we had a great vacation! The room was clean, having private beach access was amazing, parking was good, and the pool was amazing! We plan to visit Tybee again in the future!"
