"Beautiful hotel and spacious room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Jovanni at front desk check in is a great customer service person to work with; helped us with special request for our stay. Parking needs more instruction as we were confusing on the first day."

"It was a roof above our heads that’s for sure. Our stay started with hiccups. We understand that Coachella is a big event but that should also anticipate their readiness when it comes to having rooms ready when guest arrive for a 4pm check in. For our time I guess someone thought it would be great to book not only for Coachella but another group booking at the same time, causing many delays. I’m not going to take away from the staff being friendly because they really were and I do not blame them for upper management flaws in all this, but upon check in not only were rooms not ready but to compensate they had drinks and cheese and crackers to offer. I was taken back a bit because, what do you mean that’s how we’re gonna take care of this? Later because of my comment on Expedia they did offer to take resort fees off (gotta take a look and see if they did). Hotel rooms are cute however maintenance has to get in there. Bathroom door frame was cracked that you had to physically lift the door in order to close it and be able to use the toilet and shower, I do have pictures and video of it. Honestly I didn’t want to give anyone any more complaints at that point since we were exhausted from the drive from Vegas. Keep in mind you can hear everything from the hallways as if the guest walking by as if the guest was also in your room. So sound proof doors didn’t feel like were a thing there. Around the lobby they do have all inclusive restrooms which is a plus when having many guest. "

"expedia photos are absolutely outdated. i wish i took photos but I didnt waste any time on that and spent my time looking for options to move to a different hotel as soon as we could. do not book this murder scene if you want to enjoy your vacation. staff were nice tho. resto food was good. i will give them that. to the owners tho, pls renovate your hotel. charging $250 a night for last minute bookings is horrifying. please update your photos so no other victims will pile on your list!! absolutely horrible!!"

"Stayed there for one night with my friend, we were in town for a play. Linens were clean but property needs to be updated. Very old & tired. They have a Mexican restaurant on property as well as a bar. Bartender was up to her elbows in people! She was extremely nice and polite. We ordered a drink and food as well."

"Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a Doubletree hotel. We enjoyed the cookies very much at all Doubletree locations. During check-in, I was not informed about on-site restaurants, bars, pool hours, facilities, or amenities included with the hotel booking. I also wasn’t guided on how to reach my room and seemed to be treated as an inconvenience when I asked questions. To make matters worse, I booked through hotels.com and believed my room would have a mountain view, as shown on the website of and app of the booking platform. If you're booking through here (hotels.com), double-check to ensure you’re getting what you expect—my room faced the parking lot and a tree. The rooms are outdated; my bathroom, in particular, seemed moldy, with mold on the ceiling and around the faucets."

"Decent hotel in a good location. They accommodated early check in with the baby."
