"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. "Spectacular lakefront views with large balcony (Patria) apt. W full kitchen, large bathroom and roomy bedroom with adequate queen mattress. Sabrina had it nicely prepared for our arrival though she was unable to welcome us as we arrived after 2:30 pm. She left details requested regarding walkable restaurants and ferry transportation which was very helpful. We stopped at a grocery store in Como to stock up for our 3 night stay not knowing the extent of food necessities and goodies awaiting us...
