"Had a magnificent stay at this hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, even the beautiful little dog in reception! "Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp!
