"Lovely cottage on the hillside overlooking Menaggio and Lake Como. Everything you need is there. Deborah was very helpful, answering all questions. Walks from the cottage were lovely and the fenced in garden was great for our dog. Two or three local restaurants also within walking distance. Weather was fabulous too, even the lightning storm one night!"

"Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce magnifique endroit . Certes la route pour y accéder est un peu escarpée sur la fin mais la vue est magnifique . La maison surplombe le lac et la réserve naturelle. De supers repas garantis à faire dans le jardin ! Vous serez à 20 minutes de la très belle plage de sable la Punta. "The house is great, airconditioning, kitchen, everything you need for a nice stay in Bellagio. The garden and terrace are wonderful: private, a lot of shade, nice place to relax and play. "Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"

"Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge! "
