"Couldn’t get through security gate because management delayed processing paperwork. First 2days no WiFi One day no WATER. Property management let the entire water tank run dry. No showers, no toilets, no cooking, no drinking, etc. Beautiful jacuzzi on deck off master displayed in beautiful photos did not work. Management said “so what? It’s not included”. Bbq in condo photos said not work. Management said “so what? It’s not included”. 2days into my 4 day trip my girlfriend had enough of management’s abuse and left. At that moment there was no WiFi, no water, no jacuzzi, no bbq and management did not care at all they already had the money. I recommend blocking them from further listing on VRBO. They are ruining your reputation. "
