"So many years going to Punta Leona but the service we rreceived this weekend was amazlng from all the staff. It seems thatvthey are working also in property renovations which were definitely needed. Very good experiece, my only downside its the food price, Punta Leona takes advantage of this which unfortunately makes dinning a luxary, specially for national tourits "

"Friendly staff, quiet area. Had a hard time figuring out how the shower actually worked… and the beach is good if you’re a surfer, otherwise you won’t like it at all. I just wanted to be near Manuel Antonio (which was like an hour and a half away) so it was good. "

"Excellent location by a beautiful beach with people enjoying the weekend. But it is peaceful and empty during the week, especially heading west for 10 minutes, where you walk along a thin strip of coastline between the ocean and the jungle, seeing rock outcroppings, birds, and surf while hearing all sorts of sounds from nature. "Our stay in Girasol was very pleasing. The property is in a prime beach-front location, has a decent sized pool and you cannot beat the pet-friendly portion of it! The rooms are a bit outdated, ours had a funky smell and didn’t even had a TV in the bedroom. The whole getting in and out of the parking lot could be improved, it’s not a very effective method to have to go get the guard every time you want to get in or out of the property by car, however, I would definitely stay here again!"
