"This resort was great. It's clean, staff are friendly and amazingly with the amount of people there they would remember you. There wasn't a lot of vegan options for my girlfriend but the staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate her diet needs when needed."

"We had a great experience. Kevin saved our bacon twice, when we managed to lock ourselves out of the room safe, and was also able to provide us with a week’s worth of ice, when we probably needed just 3 or 4 days worth, but his enthusiasm and sincerity scored points!"

"The property is gorgeous! We had the standard deluxe room and it was great. No one above us and only one other room beside us, so quiet and serene. Monkeys ate from the mango tree every day on our balcony. Most importantly the bed is very comfortable and it has great pillows! Very private rooms situated throughout the property. The free breakfast had great choices and great food throughout the day. The only recommendation I have for the hotel is to replace the plastic glasses used in the room with actual glass. We did ask for some & they happily gave them to us. We had a lovely relaxing stay!! "
