"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "Upon our arrival, the check-in process was a bit confusing, but we received assistance. The apartment is very nice and clean. We especially loved the super comfortable sofa for watching movies at night. The beach, great restaurants, and convenient stores are all close by.
