Ideal for us; worked well as a base for exploring the Pacific side of Costa Rica with tours organised by Club del Mar. Room has all the facilities needed, all staff did everything to help us get everything out of the time we had in Costa Rica. We also loved the easy access to the beach, as well as the good food and drinks available.

Fantastic hotel for families. Great beach and pool. Food is fantastic and always fresh. Service is the best part. Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. The room, property, food, staff, EVERYTHING was absolutely stellar. You really get the sense that they care very much about creating an enjoyable experience for their guests.

Beautiful property, the 2br oceanfronts condo was spacious and very comfortable. Right on a great beach for surfing and riding the waves. Nice beach bar and restaurant.

Wonderful small resort right on the beach. We only stayed a night before flying back to the US and wished we had more time. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant, and nice pool area. We stayed in a two bedroom condo that was spacious, clean and updated. We were a family of 7 and fit comfortably. We will stay again next time we are in Costa Rica.

The welcoming Drink was a nice touch after a long flight. The great hospitality and the assistance with organizing excursions with great detail. The timeliness everything was prepared for our trip. The Resort wàs impeccable clean. The staff was amazing, fun, interaction with guest, attention to detail, personal attention. Just a great staff the whole way around. Would definitely make it a priority to come back and enjoy the atmosphere again. Thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us to your resort. It made our vacation even better then it already was.

We stayed here about 4 years in a row. LOVE THIS PLACE. Splurge for the villa. Just steps from the pool and steps to the beach too. Perfect for kids! Plenty of space. Will return again and again. Oh and AMAZING FOOD, good prices for kids menu. Kids meals are like $7-8. They have sunset 2x1 drinks so grab your 2 pina coladas for $8. Just heavenly location.

The stag was incredible and very attentive. They took great care of my family. Everything about the hotel was perfect. We loved that it wasn’t huge and that it was on the quiet side of Jaco. Would definitely recommend!!!

Pros: impeccable property with alert friendly staff, excellent restaurant, safe due to the entrance gate and staff being present at the beach entrance, consistent waves and isolated beach due to it being at the end of jaco beach, great clean pools, really nice balcony. Cons: difficult to get to as you have to suddenly brake and drive into a short driveway before the staff opens a gate, the hotel is on a treacherous steep curve that was a source of very loud truck engine breaking 24 hours a day, you need to have a car to get anywhere as it’s too far to walk, beds were hard.

We loved our oceanfront 2BR suite, it was gorgeous, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The protected cove of this beach meant for peaceful wave jumping. The only bad thing was leaving!

Grounds are immaculate and the staff is excellent! This was our third time back and once you discover this small but impressive place you will go back again and again. The beach at Jaco is the best and this resort has it's own piece of heaven.
