"Our room was great, excellent sized with kitchen and additional seating area which is always nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Cameron at the front desk was very personable and seemed to like his job- which I find rare these days! He was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback I would say (and it is somewhat minor) is that the air was really dry. Maybe it was the time of year, or allergies, but the room could have used some humidity for sure. Not sure how that would be reconciled, but we just ran the shower for awhile and it seemed to help some. "

"Love everything about this place! Except we waited for over an hour to just get into the hot tub because there were like 12 teenagers in there, so we waited until after 10pm because the front desk told us only people over the age of 21 were allowed in the pool area after 10. When we got down there about 10:15 and all of the teenagers were still in there. Sucked we could relax before bed. Everything else was great. I recommend the Rancher's Retreat room. "

"This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in downtown. The bed and shower were both luxurious. Many great restaurants nearby. My husband liked the pool table in the lobby. The only downside was having to go to the parking garage, which was a long walk into the next door building and two flights of stairs away. There was a lot of construction when we visited (April 2025) which is temporary. Overall a good experience."
