"Received all check-in information from property host a couple hours before scheduled check-in but arrived at property to find another renter there who was doing a long term rental. Tennant called owner and he was unsympathetic and offered no help. Just said it was a mistake and there were hotels in the area. Wrong! "The location is great! Close to the sculpture park downtown and lots of places you can walk to. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, other than to sleep. Simple amenities were perfect for us."
