"Nice, spacious room. Breakfast was good. Didn’t use the pool area but that looked nice too. Asked for a printed receipt and was told I couldn’t get one for a prepaid stay. Shower function didn’t work very well in the bathtub."

GrandStay Hotel & Suites

"Love that it has an inside pool, hot tub, and laundry!!! The workout room has a good set of weights but needs an elliptical machine and recumbent bike. Hated to hear the hotel sold to lashings and couldn't compete with well known brands. Will stay again."

"The room was clean, staff was friendly, and they had many options for breakfast. This hotel was close to shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive to Ames or Des Moines. We will stay here again!"
