The food at the hotel restaurant was very expensive and not the best, I feel there are much better options outside the hotel. Customer service, however, was good and met expectations. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the location and comfort, with a few areas for improvement. "

"Great property close to Times Square. Rooms are small with no fridge or microwave, but this is an old, historic, well-kept property that we would definitely return to. Get to know "Bobby the Doorman", he's been there for 47 years!! Breakfast at Friedman's was great."
