"Kurt and Kana were wonderful hosts. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay with them! Kana made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. We got to try lots of tropical fruits they grew on their land, and the coffee was amazing. It was so peaceful and quiet, we could hear the waves from the few miles away the beach is. Kurt recommended some really good places to eat and beaches to go to. The sunset from the lanai was so gorgeous. The view was breathtaking. The bed was comfy. We also liked the water pressure in the shower. Also whatever soap they have for guests in the shower smells amazing and the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel soft and look shiny. If we ever find ourselves back on the Big Island, we’re definitely going to stay here again! I would recommend The Edge to anyone and everyone. "
Spacious Kealakekua Bay Home with 4-bedroom bay home: Enjoy Quiet rejuvenation

"My husband and I went with our three children, son in law and our three grandkids. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. We spent a lot of time in the morning and evening on the lanai. It was so peaceful and there is Manini Beach Park where you can get in the ocean that’s about a 5 minute walk. Some mornings we would walk down Manini Beach road just a little ways and sit on the rocks and drink our coffee and watch the ocean. Dharma and Catherine were amazing caretakers. We didn’t get the opportunity to meet Anna because she was out of town but before we left to go to Hawaii she made sure we had all the information we would need to find the house and get in. It made it really easy to find with her directions. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and Dharma and Catherine brought us some beautiful flowers and a card. Our daughter celebrated her birthday and they dropped off a card for her too. If we had any questions they were always super friendly and helpful. There was a tsunami warning and we couldn’t go back to the house for almost 9 hours but Dharma and Catherine made sure we new about the tsunami warning and continued to check on how we were doing and to keep us updated. We so appreciated them they make you feel like family. This is a wonderful place and we would highly recommend staying here."
Amazing Views of the Bay and Ocean, Steps to Beach

"Location is ideal for snorkeling and exploring Manini beach and Captain Cools Cove. Also closer to Kilauea volcano than Kona. 20-25 min drive to down town Kona. More tropical than the north end (Wiakoloa and Hapuna) with more bird and frog sounds at night. "
"Barbra and the rest of the staff are very friendly. They gave great suggestions of things to do and places to eat while on the island. The room was clean and beautiful. If you like being surrounded by nature, this is a great spot."
Cottage with Amazing View, Minutes to Dolphin Swimming, Very Private, Affordable

"This was an absolutely awesome place to call home for a week! We only wish it could have been longer! We loved the open air quality of the space, and our daily visits from Paele the cat, the wild pig, wild turkey, and many geckos! The temperature was perfect with the cool breeze coming into the room, and we were so happy for the chance to meet Johnny and tour the properties. You can feel the healing of this space, and you definitely can't beat the view or the company! The bed was also so comfortable- we'd love to know what kind it was :-) Can't wait to go back!"

"The house was stocked with food, filtered water, chocklate, juice, lotions, sunscreen, anything you might need. Kai fixed anything wrong immediately and gave us fruit daily. The location is the best for attractions & snorkeling. The house is very dpacious. The only thing wrong is that Kay's place made the next place i went to very disappointing because i was used to such a great host, space, and check in."
